2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Frameworks
All content produced by Stellar Helix LLC, including "The Giraffe Blueprint," "The Komodo Code," and associated technical infographics, is protected by copyright law.
- Restricted Terms: Our specific frameworks regarding "Biological Engineering" and "Temporal Persistence" as applied to animal physiology are proprietary.
- AI Usage: Users are strictly prohibited from using Stellar Helix™ proprietary data to train, fine-tune, or populate generative AI models or databases without a commercial licensing agreement.
3. Digital Product Policy
Due to the technical nature of our digital "Platinum" upgrades and field guides, all sales are final once the digital assets have been delivered or accessed.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts presiding over our registered location in Pawleys Island.
